Multi User Member & Subscriber Agreement

These additional terms (“Additional Terms”) amend the Bigstock Standard Image Usage Agreement (referred to hereinafter as the “Agreement”). All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement unless such terms are separately defined in this amendment:

By registering with Bigstock, Members agree to the following, as applicable (the “Agreement”):

1. Your account may only be accessed by your authorized “Users”, the number of which is limited by your subscription. All Users must be employed by you. Your Authorized Users may access Images on secure shared disk drives and/or secure computer networks provided that such Images are only accessible by Authorized Users.
2. You will use your best efforts to prevent your employees and independent contractors from using any Image(s) for their own personal or commercial use. You will provide Bigstock with the names of the Users upon Bigstock’s reasonable request. A breach by a User of the Agreement or these Additional Terms shall be deemed to be a breach of the Agreement or Additional Terms by such User and you, who shall be jointly and severally liable to Bigstock.
3. These Additional Terms supplement and modify the Agreement. The terms of this amendment supersede provisions of the Agreement only to the extent that the terms of these Additional Terms and the Agreement expressly conflict. Nothing in these Additional Terms should be interpreted as invalidating the Agreement, the provisions of which will continue to govern the relationship between the parties insofar as they do not expressly conflict with these Additional Terms.
4. These Additional Terms apply only to this Subscription account and not to any other account you may have with Bigstock; these Additional Terms apply only during the Subscription Periods in which you have paid the applicable Subscription Fee.
